[ts-7000] Programing language for web development

Hi all.

I want to develop on my ts7300 a web page that let me control my usb,
ethernet, serial port and FPGA through different programs I all ready
have.  
I was looking for a language to start programing but from what I read
there are to many options.  Have anyone done something similar?
What language do you suggest I should use?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
