Ok, you think you know your problem ... but you don't tell us
what. Its not clear that an RTOS is the best solution for 
your problem ... as you haven't explained ypur problem well enough.

I'd be happy to give you my opinion, but I need more information.
What are the sensors doing, how much data needs to be transferred,
what are the update rates, what happens if a deadline is missed?

For example, its possible that your solution is to improve the
sensors, not the processor managing the sensors. 

So, if you are allowed to explain the design, please do.
