[ts-7000] why VGA output doesn't work after I load ts7300_top.rbf?

Hi everyone,
 
  I want to do some custom of the FPGA chip on the ts7300 ARM board, 
but I need to keep the video driver and "TS-VIDCORE" for VGA output. 
Unluckily after I load ts7300_top.rbf, I find there's no VGA output 
signal anymore. Does this ts7300_top opencore automatically disable VGA 
function? How can I keep both ts7300_top.rbf and TS-VIDCORE?
