Per,

I checked in the system, but I only found:

1) first one:
$ cat /sbin/hotplug-usb
#!/bin/sh

chroot /mnt/cf /sbin/hotplug "$@"


2) second one:
$ cat /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug
/sbin/hotplug
