You can find this in our default TS-7400 config file.

e.g.
:~/linux24-7400$ grep CONFIG_CMDLINE arch/arm/def-configs/ts7400
CONFIG_CMDLINE="root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc printk=4 loops=499712"

FYI TS-7400 kernel source
