Hello,

I have bought a ts7300 board and recompliled the ts11 kernel with the
options and modules needed for a NAT. After configuring the iptables
the board works as a router properly. But there exist a problem. As
time goes the speed of eth1 (the open core othernet) decreases . If
you ping from the board to one of the internal computer or vice versa
you see a lot of packets get lost and the round trip time increase
from 50ms at the start to 1000ms or more at the end. During this time
eth0 seems working properly.
I checked that if I remove the open_eth module and insmod it again
every things will work fine but after some while the same problem occurs.

- To compile the kernel I used the config file in the ts-arm-linux-cd
from ftp://oz.embeddedarm.com and I just changed the parts for packet
filtering.

- To upgrade I just copied the vmlinux file to the first prtition of
SD memory card and the requiered modules (the following modules) to
the /lin/... directory.

- eth0 is the internet interface and eth1 is the local Lan interface.

- The module that I install: ip_tables, ip_conntrack, iptable_filter,
iptable_mangle, iptable_nat, ipt_limit, ipt_state, ipt_MASQUERADE

I would appreciate it if someone have an idea or encounter similar
problem.

Thanks,
Mahdi
