If you really need it, then you fastest route will be to pay TS to do it.  What specifically do you need 2.6 for that you can't do in 2.4?

wait is the wrong word for my situation - sorry :) possibly that in future 
a "lite" version can be released from TS which not containing the security 
part(s). then i unfortunately need a 2.6 kernel and sdcard when i write my 
sqlite database to the nand it will be smaller soon. 
the complete board is currently not usable for me and i had not only buyed
