I think, that there is EABI for ep93xx available in OpenEmbedded distribution.
I don't know if EABI is available in stock TS's kernels(I don't use them), but
in 2.6 kernel it's. I've also seen 'EABI' mentioned in post on linux-cirrus
mailing list week or two ago, where Brian Austin/Cirrus announced new Cirrus's
Linux 2.6 kernel and toolchain.

Sorry, that I don't give you specific URLs, but I'm sure, that with Google you
could find what you're looking for. 'ep93xx EABI' query returns some relevant
results.

There is a IRC channel #ep93xx on FreeNode IRC network, where you might find
an answers for your questions also.

EABI is more generic stuff, more related to ep93xx SoC than to TS's boards, so
if I were you I would ask EABI question(s) on linux-cirrus mailing list also,
but for sure I would try to search list's archives before posting ;-)
