I've been told that just about any USB dongle will work with the
TS-7200. Based on TS feedback, I went with the following:
http://www.usbgear.com/computer_cable_details.cfm?sku=USBG-SV5&cats=136&catid=136%2C121
Boot messages say:
ub.c: new USB device not_pci-3, assigned address 2
usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0xd8c/0xc) is not claimed by any active
driver.
Setting up networking...done.
Starting hotplug subsystem: usbinsmod: insmod: a module named input
already exi\sts
insmod: insmod: insmod hid failed
insmod: insmod: a module named input already exists
insmod: insmod: insmod hid failed
Now, when I compiled my kernel, I just did the basic stuff:
make ts7200_config
make oldconfig
make dep
make vmlinux
make modules
etc...
I didn't compile in a sound module. So a few questions on that:
1. When I type "make menuconfig" now, will it inherit all the current
settings from "make ts7200_config" and "make oldconfig" above?
2. I don't see many options for sound.

I don't think OSS supports USB audio. Should I set up alsa on the
card? That seems like a huge project to cross compile.
Anyone else using USB audio on the 7200 or any other 7xxx board?
Thanks,
