I believe it would be possible if;
1. You ordered your TS-7300 with Flash loaded.
2. That flash came with a bootloader that understood
TFTP.
For example, U-Boot is used in many projects for a bootloader.
I use it on PowerPC boards to network boot and network mount
filesystems. U-Boot tftps the kernel, and then sets up
the command line argument to the kernel to indicate that
it is using an NFS root.
However, I have no idea whether U-Boot has EP93xx support,
let alone Technologic Systems support. So you'll have to
do a little more research.
I notice in the Technologic docs that they can boot
Linux from Linux. If that works, then just use the SD
card to boot TS-Linux, and then TS-Linux can get your
TFTP kernel and boot into that. Thats probably less work.
