I can't speak for TS but I'd imagine they're probably not devoting much
time to getting Etch running. I can definately say that they are not
working towards a 2.6 kernel, it been mentioned a few times now and the
answer has always been that there is nothign really driving a switch to
2.6. 2.4 works, works fairly well and stable, and a lot of the new
features in 2.6 are not applicable to the TS-7xxx boards.
On the other hand, there are a few people working on getting 2.6
running, look back in the group you'll find a bunch of info on getting
2.6.19 running.
