Answering to a part of my own question:
I opened the ts7300_opencore.qpf in Quartus II. Then I compiled
ts7300_top.v and transferred the .rbf file to the board. Then I
loaded the .rbf on the FPGA using load_ts7300.

But my question is:

1)How do i give input to a simple D-ff or a Mux program?
----I used to give a simple +x volts to the pin assigned on my
previous FPGAs.
2)Where do I check the outputs?
