Follow the instructions at
http://www.seiner.com/ts7000/index.php/Copying%20Boot%20SDCard. Then
erase the third partition and untar one of the tarballs available at
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/distributions/ to the third
partition.
