[ts-7000] interfacing with pc104(ts7250)DIO card

hi all..
i just finish a design of making a card (DIO) in pc104 the card i design
have 4 o/p & 4 i/p ports i am using 5volt source from pc104 from ts7250
my question now is
there ara 2 5volt pins i ask i will terminate this pins with each
other or not?
there are several ground i ask i will termainte this pins wth each
other or not?
i mean by terminate that i will make short circuit?
plz.. any one help me quickly...
