[ts-7000] TS-7250 Errors compiling kernel

Hi,

I downloaded the kernel from embeddedarm website
[tskernel-2.4.26-ts8-src.tar.gz] and tried to compile with the default
configurations for ts7250. make bzImage fails with compilation error
for ep93xx_eth.c 

I tried with another kernel from the web site with the same error and
moreover, these are unmodified kernels. Is there anything I'm missing
here ? 

I'm using arm-linux-gcc and using the ts7250_2k file as .config file.
Also, the manual from embeddedarm website has an instruction to patch
the kernel. Is there a patch I'm missing because I didn't find one in
the website.
