The linuxrc file sets the IP for the fastboot environment. If you want
to set the IP in TS-Linux or in Debian you will need modify the proper
configuration files. In TS-Linux I believe it is
/etc/sysconfig/ifcfg-eth0 and in Debian I believe it is
/etc/network/interfaces. You can find documentation on this in the Linux
for ARM on TS-7000 User's Guide
