Can you please try to use Approximation method instead of calibration method and then see the results.

I am getting perfect results with Approximation method.

gets to about 1.65, the ADC becomes very unstable - the raw values
ranging around 0x3333 to 0x6666 which is then making the printed

From the 9301 manual, the adc swaps around to 0 at that voltage, so I
am guessing that maybe there is a calibration issue, however eve with
calibrartion that still doesnt explain why the raw conversion value is
so different.

ALso, the voltages below 1.65 print ok, and are ok above (approx) 1.74 V.

Any ideas?
