I am having a problem getting the Ethernet interface to work with the SD
distro. It works fine when booting the basic Linux image in Flash.
It fails to bring up eth0 on boot and manually:
:/# ifup eth0 -v
Configuring interface eth0=eth0 (inet)
run-parts --verbose /etc/network/if-pre-up.d
pump -i eth0
Operation failed.
Failed to bring up eth0.
:/#
:network# cat interfaces
# Used by ifup(8) and ifdown(8). See the interfaces(5) manpage or

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
:network#
I'm using this image:
