It sounds like you have a ts11 kernel running but no ts11 modules
installed. You can download them here
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/binaries/ts-modules/tskernelmodules-2.4.26-ts11.tar.gz

FYI depmod -a should create modules.dep.
