The minimum power draw is 450mW, to which you will need to add each of the
appropriate values for incrementing speed, etc.

The clock speed control is provided by the EP9302, so you should be able to
use the same technique on any of our boards which use that CPU. Of course
there are some limitations (e.g. ethernet won't work below ~40Mhz) which may
vary from board to board.
