Hi,
I'm a newbie in the world of building an embedded Linux product. I've
recently joined a new company and inherited an existing TS-7400 board
and Linux software (which someone else set up and wrote - that someone
else has left the company).
My problem is that after I download the Linux software into the
TS-7400 via the TS-9441 board, and power-cycle the TS-7400 for the
**SECOND** time, I get the following error:
>> TS-FLASHBOOT - built Sep 21 2006
>> Copyright (c) 2006, Technologic Systems
.
>> flash ECC error!
which repeats. The red LED on the TS-7400 blinks.
HELP: How do I fix this error so that the TS-7400 boots up correctly
after the first power-cycle?
I spoke to Eddie from Technologic on the phone and he said that
because only 1 dot appears on boot-up, the error occurs during the
bootloader process when it's trying to read from flash.
When I power-cycle the TS-7400 the **FIRST** time after downloading
the Linux software, it works:
>> TS-FLASHBOOT - built Sep 21 2006
>> Copyright (c) 2006, Technologic Systems
