I too, found no calibration constants when I ran the example code last
summer.  Sending Eddie my board S/N, he was able to look up the
constants for my board in their production records.  (Each board _is_
supposed to be calibrated as part of their burn-in process, according
to Eddie).

I never pursued why the constants were not in place, since I had the
ADC-197 for my main A/D use.  I just filed them away in case I had to
use the built-in A/D in the future.
