Then whatever module is cheap and easy to use will be fine.

That is correct. I'm not sure the WAAS support is really anything more
than different firmware in the module. When I was last looking at these
things, GPS modules with WAAS cost a little bit more, but it was only
on the order of 10 or 20 dollars.

You still might be able to detect them moving about on the job site.
Be careful of creeping featurism. If the boss notices that you can
watch them moving around, it may become a new requirement. :)
