[ts-7000] how to make nfsroot is the default

hi all 

i have used the command fconfig in redboot to make nfs is the default
not the flash , i have saved new configuration then power cycled the
board,when booted second time it get its root from flash neglecting
what i have configured in red boot , below i have reproduced the
output for convenince

RedBoot> fconfig
