[ts-7000] serial_blaster + TS-7250

Hi, I bricked my 7250 and I'm trying to use serial_blaster to recover 
it.  Is serial_blaster designed to run on a linux PC or another 
7250?  It doesn't seem to work for me -- the output I get is as 
follows:
