Hello

  From http://www.gnuarm.com/, I have installed the binutils-2.17,
gcc-4.1.1-c-c++, newlib-1.14.0, insight-6.5, setup.exe  for Cygwin.
It turns out that there is a arm-elf-gcc instead of arm-linux-gcc. I
would like to know what are the diferences between arm-elf-gcc and
arm-linux-gcc ? Also, some people use glibc (such the cross tool
provided by TS) and some people use newlib. I am very new to the
world of gcc, what are the diffrences glibc and newlib ?
