Yes, the diffusion of innovation can be very slow. The older people that are the decision makers, want to keep using the technology they know. They sure do not want to change to the technology that the others know much better than they do. 50 years from now, we will be laughing about how long we used something so stupid as ladder logic!!!!
Well, the people on this list are typically not using ladder logic, or they would be buying PLCs, but it is funny to hear that some want to run ladder logic on the 7xxx series. Don.
