The "load7300" program is the version of load_ts7300 that has been compiled 
into busybox, for initrd space considerations.

If you are experimenting with new bitstreams you'll probably want to comment 
out all driver loads dealing with devices implemented in the FPGA (e.g. 
video, ethernet, etc.); then you can simply run load7300 <rbf_filename> as 
often as you need to.
