[ts-7000] ts-7300, TTL-level serial ports?

Hi,

In ts-7300-manual-rev1.2.pdf, section 1.5 "Features", it is mentioned
that it is possible to get more than 10 serial ports if they are TTL
level.

What would it take to change just 1 or 2 of the normal ports to TTL
level?  Is such a bitstream available?  We don't really need more
ports, but it would be helpful to do without a level changer.
