[ts-7000] TS-7300 SDCARD1 Formatting...

I am trying to format /dev/sdcard1/disc0/disc.  The CF is 2GIG, and I 
need the entire 2GIG as one partition.

I figured out how to do this a few months ago with a 1GIG CF (and I 
remember it took a while to figure it out) but after I run mke2fs -b 
1024 /dev/sdcard1/disc0/disc and mount it, I only get a 1GIG partition, 
according to df -h.  I tried a block size of 2048, and the mke2fs 
default blocksize (the one it hueristically computes if you don't 
specify a block size) of 4096.  They both complete the formatting but 
won't mount.
