Ok, we had a long thread about this before. I for one, was unaware that the SD cards have internal circuits to implement write leveling, so you should not use a flash file system on them. You can even use FAT, ext2, ext3. There is some argument about whether or not it is good to use a journaling file system, since it will result in more writes. No matter what you do, if you disconnect power at the exact time of a write, you will end up adding to the bad blocks.
