Thanks a lot for the link, it provided usefull info that i used
to make my ftp server working! :)
In proftpd.conf, i changed the user and group from "ftp" to "root".
I also added a "DefaultRoot /home" option to map the ftp server root
to /home.
I can now login to the ftp with "root", no password.
Everything is working great now! :)
