I haven't use the DIO2 port, but check http://www.embeddedarm.com/Manuals/ts-7300-manual-rev1.2.pdf
Just write the correct registers and you are done. About the 5 Volt's how much current you will need from it?

Hi,
I am new to this group. I have used DIO1 in 7300 as a general IO
header to connect keypad and other devices.Could we use DIO2 as a
general IO pin too? I would like to connect a relay in DIO2. Also I
need a +5v input for relay but DIO2 has only +3.3v. Any suggestions
are welcome..

Thanks,
Mekala
