OP-16BIT-104
This is the optional 16-bit PC-104 bus, standard is 8-bit, think of
it as the extra connector they put into the ISA bus on PC's for 16-bit

OP-STHRU-64
This is a pass-through connector for the 8-bit PC-104 bus, it allows
you to stack the TS-7250 and such into PC-104 stacks (multiple PC-104
boards all connected together)

OP-STHRU-104
This is the same as the OP-STHRU-64 but for 16-bit PC-104 as well

As has been stated before PC-104 is ISA, you can't directly use any of
the pins for controlling things, you need another processor, fpga, asic,
something with a little bit of brains to understand the bus so that you
can address it and command it to do things like turn on/off outputs or
read inputs.

What of these options for the TS-7250 you need depends on what you plan
on connecting to it.

Hope that helps.
