Hi,

OP-16BIT-104 adds an additional 40-way next to the 64-way header to 
provide a '16-bit PC/104' slot, although all the signals are not 
present. If you are making your own PC/104 card then the 16-bit 
signals are all present without this connector, but it may be needed 
for other manufacturers boards - for the cost I'd get it.

OP-STHRU-64 and OP-STHRU-1024 are the same as the default 64 and 104 
pint PC/104 headers, but also extend the pins some distance BELOW the 
main PCB to allow boards to be stacked underneath. Unless you need 
this facility (which is incompatible with the enclosures) I'd pass.
