Hi...
I found the problem.
The voltage input to the TS-ENC720 (ENCLOSURE/power conditioner/ for
the ts-7250) needed 8-38 vdc and was only getting 5 vdc. Once I
switched to a 12 vdc line ....it worked....(RTFM)
It now boots fine...
