You can load a kernel from Redboot via TFTP like so
load -r -b 0x00218000 -h <host> <path on TFTP to kernel>
exec
If you're worried about your kernel being bad I'd do this with your new
kernel before overwriting the one stored on board. Personally I run my
7200 completely over the network, loads kernel via TFTP then root via
NFS, make it much easier for development...
