Check the directory 'docs' on the CD you received with the board... there is a reliability and a halt-report for the board

You need to build a crosstool chain that will allow you to build the
new kernel and you need a way to get the kernel to the board. That
can be done via any number of ways. I currently use tftp to netboot
the TS7200.

Not sure what conditions those are.... Heat? Vibration? Cold?
