The switcher we laid out will do 8-30V DC.  There are industrial screw
down power terminals in the back of the board if you don't want to use
the barrel connector.  We may actually end up not populating the
barrel jack since its such a wimpy connector.

Not sure yet.  It will depend on the pricing we can negotiate for some
of the piece parts (metal, screening, etc..).
