If I have the part number right, the case will be under $20, plus the specially made end-plates.

So the total cost for 1 would be 129 + 20 + cost of wireless card + signal conditioning + power converter, + special end plates.

The trick will be also getting the signal conditioning for an application in the box. I am hoping we can get one that is a little thicker so it would be easy to put signal conditioning,  wireless card and power converter in it.

We just got our prototype metal for the TS-7400 with 802.11g wifi.
Above is a link to a informal picture we just took. From the picture,
you can see the enclosure, wifi antenna, and external
ethernet/USB/power jacks. Hopefully we can start shipping these in
2-3 weeks.
