Patience is a virtue. I should have waited for a response.

I decided to try the following:

  RedBoot> fis write -f 0x60660000 -b 0x00200000 -l 0x160000

It asked me:

* CAUTION * about to program FLASH
            at 0x60660000..0x607bffff from 0x00200000 - continue (y/n)?

I double-checked the output from "fis list" and those addresses fell
within the reserved area, which, being 32M, I figured must be the
TS-LINUX partition -- and more notably the addresses were well outside
the range of the RedBoot partition, so I figured it was safe. So I
hit "y".

Then I entered:

  RedBoot> go 0x60660000

Upon which the system responded with:

  $T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$

I waited a while, nothing more came out, so I tried typing something.
I got the followed echoed back:

$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d
:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050
f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08f
ff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:000
08060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;
#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb$T050f:00008060;0d:e08fff01;#bb

No problem, I thought, RedBoot is still intact, I'll just reset the
board and try again. Now the real bad news:

[ repeats forever ]

Looks like I've successfully bricked the TS board.

Is there any way out of this?

:(
