Has anybody tried something like attaching an spi SDCARD connector on ARM9 gpio pins and booting from it by bypassing the FPGA sdcard interface ? I attached an spi SDCARD connector to the gpio pins and I load the arm9 on serial port. then I want the arm to be able to boot from my sdcard without initializing the fpga. I'm at a point where I'm able to read the first 512 block from the sdcard. If you guys are aware of a simple architecture with arm9 + spi SDCARD which is able to completly boot linux from the SDCARD, I'll appreciate any help.. Yahoo!
