The link I provided was to a version of sdcard.o that was compiled against
kernel version ts11. If you attempt to load a module that was compiled against
a different kernel version than what you are currently using Linux will
complaing and fail to load the module. You can simply pass the -f option to
insmod and the module will be loaded. The error messages are benign...
We don't have any plans to change the kernel version in the future, kernel
version ts11 will be the standard kernel version from now on. This will
avoid the issue you have mentioned. Rather than using the kernel version
to determine what kernel revision is being used, we will use the build
date.
