In order to get the SD specification we had to join the SD card association,
one of the requirements in order to join the association wass to sign an
NDA. This means we can't release the SD card specs nor can we release any
source code that would allow someone to reverse engineer the specs. As a
result our SD card device driver is proprietary. The source code isn't in
the kernel, so you don't want to attempt to compile a kernel with SD card
