[ts-7000] Missed Option

When we ordered our TS-7260 boards I didn't realize that we needed to
have OP-BBRTC in order for the unit to keep track of the date between
reboots even when there is power to the device.  Is this true?  If not,
how do I get the hwclock program to work?
