Subject: | [ts-7000] Increasing kernel clock_tick rate on TS-7250 |

Hello, I am hoping to find out if it is possible to increase the timing resolution on a TS-7250/7260 for a sampling application. I am currently using gettimeofday(), which has a current minimum of 10 milliseconds. I came across a patch that allowed the kernel clock tick on a TS-7250 to be increased from 100 Hz to 1024 Hz. I do not recall the exact documentation but the general comment was that it was "at your own risk". Does anyone have any comments or experience relating to problems when the basic clock rate is increased? Best regards Roy ------------------------ Yahoo!
