[ts-7000] how to include libraries

hi,
i am beginner to ts 7260 board.
can anybody tell me how to add the standard linux libraries statically 
when compiling. 
i have written a program thread application. it compiles well with the 
crosstool chain. but when run in the sbc it says cannot find shared 
libraries.
