I need the mail delivered so need the server portion(not just client).
Basically I will pick the option that will send email via script at a pre-determined time each day. The ts7xxx will be go online 1x per day to do this.
Currently unable to work on project as I am(my wife and I) are in the process of moving out of state. It will be, perhaps, a month before I will have access to the ts7xxx.

Are you using sendmail just to send email ?
If so you maight want to try msmtp

http://msmtp.sourceforge.net

I got it to configure with....

./configure --build=arm --disable-ssl --disable-gsasl --disable-nls

and a make

The binary is only 250k. I've got a couple of sh wrappers to simulate
a limited "sendmail" and "mail" type interface.
