Hi Peter,
 
      my application is "online entery system".in this application my one task is to store transaction data in to Flash memory. now i want to use MMC or SD card instead of searial Flash memory. & SD card is work on SPI. my controller is operating on 40 Mhz & it has no SPI Interface.Now my quary is  SD card operate at this Controller Speed.
