Hi Rupesh,
The TS-7000 group is focused on the TS-7xxx range of ARM9 board from
Technologic Systems running Linux, BSD, eCos, etc. The Intel XScale
while based on a similar ARM Core is not the same as that used by
Cirrus in the EP9302.
Your request regarding MMC is a little vague - how are you wanting to
use it? The TS-7300 that I have in front of me has two SD card
sockets, running the application/OS (Linux) off one and storing data
to the other.
Without more informaion it's impossible to help you.
